Hi, I'm Randall. Driving in the winter is much different than driving in the summer, so you should keep several things in mind.

Number one: Make sure you drive slower than the posted speed limit because you can never tell when the roads might be a little slick.

The other thing is . . . is add some extra distance between you and the car in front of you in case you need to stop suddenly.

And the last this is you might consider packing, and having in your vehicle, an emergency kit with water, and food, and some other things in case you're stranded along a snowy road and don't get help for awhile.
