Hi, I'm Randall. Hey! Hi, I'm Randall, and I out here in the snow with my kids enjoying this beautiful weather. And as you go out in the snow, you want to make sure that you carry the proper, uh, gear with you.
You want to make sure you HAVE water with you because you become dehydrated . . . It look like my kids have given up on me.
The other thing is you don't want to wear cotton fibers because cotton often soaks up the sweat and perspiration. Sythetic fibers . . . you missed me there . . . are a lot better.
And the other thing is . . . OH . . .Ahhh . . . AHH! . . . the other thing is you want to make sure that YOU DON'T THROW SNOWBALLS AT PEOPLE'S FACES! No, you want a leave a note with people so they know where you're go . . . you are and when you'll be back.
Signing off from Utah.
[Note: Cotton materials absorb perspiration, making it difficult to regulate your body temperature, stay dry, and prevent blisters and body chafing.]
