Hi, I'm Randall, and I'm here in my vegetable garden, and I'd like to compare growing a garden to learning English.
One of the things behind us is our melon section of our garden, and what we do is we grow our melons vertically. And we do this because it is more efficient, it saves water, and the food doesn't spoil, but often, people don't think about these methods of growing a garden.
So, as you learn English, think of new ways of doing old things.
Number two: As you grow a garden, you want to make sure that you nuture it, that you water it, that you take care of it every day. That's the same thing with learning English. You have to do something every day to build your language skills.
And finally, just like we do in our garden with this delicious melon, we try to share it with others. So as you learn English, think of how you can use your English to share your ideas with your community, with your job, with your world, with everyone, so you can help make the world a better place.
